Updating phone service was good but sent wrong SIM card for my old phone for my son to use. On contacting them, they said it was the correct SIM for that phone and for me to contact virgin as i took out SIM card with them! Contacted virgin and sim card was wrong, they sent me correct one the next day. E2 sales team should be on the ball.
