It has now been a week since the telephone conversation arranging the upgrade. 6 days since taking delivery of the phone. Despite 3 visits to the local store, the staff there being very helpful, and telephone calls to Vodafone the network contract has still not been transferred to new phone. It seems the system cannot recognise that this is an upgrade with same number. I will be going down to the store for a 4th time today. MOST UNSATISFACTORY.
Following this post, I received a call from 'Grace'. I explained problem also that there appeared no contact number to contact E2save. Grace said she would contact Vodafone. I explained that today thus was especially a problem as I'd list contact with my partner in the earthquake zone so contact ability was essential. I have now had no service on either phone so nobody can call or text me. Still unsatisfactory
