Purchasing process fairly straight forward. One hiccup was not receiving any confirmation emails as they went to .com As opposed to my .co.uk maybes a system error.
Delivery was quick with dpd and tracking emails texts good to follow.
Overall decent process for buying and setting up apart from the one mishap which meant my new O2 username was sent to another email address which was not mine
