Very helpful salesperson. We did move through the various options so the price and options changed. Very clear conclusion to call. On receipt of my order the price plan was not as I had agreed. My call to customer service was dealt with efficiently and said it would take 1to 2 days to resolve. I rang on day 3 but again customer service was extremely pleasant and we resolved the issue to my satisfaction.. It is not often you can say you had a pleasant experience when contacting any companies customer service but I can in this instance. I have only indicated good as my experience as there was the discrepancy and I did have to contact them .
