The products and service, packaging etc. was excellent. My only comment is that the soaps are unlabelled regarding their fragrance, so as gifts, it would be nice for the recipients to have a small sticker/tag to tell them what they are getting. Also I ordered two items (as gifts), packaged identically - so I had to open them to work out which was which - again with the soap fragance not specified. A wee niggle in an otherwise fantastic product range and service.
