There was a delay in receiving our parcel which was due to a Royal Mail issue; the communication, advice and support we received from EarthBits when I queried where our order was was absolutely outstanding (so, thank you). I am so pleased with the products that have arrived too. I have been battling with bar shampoo for the last 6 months trying to find one that suits my hair and with one wash of the Zero Waste Path Oily & Fine Hair 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner bar my hair has been transformed. I bought that one based on the guide within the EarthBits website and seems to be exactly what I needed. The rest of the products purchased are Christmas presents - including a shaving kit for my son - and they all look of really great quality. I will definitely be ordering items again.
