I have used these guys for a few years now to get eco-friendly bits and pieces for my bathroom and kitchen, and they just continue to be fantastic. I was missing an item from an order I received the other week and they sent it out to me as soon as I dropped them an email with absolutely no fuss. Excellent customer service - it truly is a friendly family business that I'm happy to spend my money on.
