The products were poor and overpriced, I bought a gift box set for over £16, paying extra for gift packing, it arrived loose in a cardboard box, when I complained, I was given chapter and verse on how busy the seller was, all the excuses under the sun, obviously not conversant with good customer care practice, I was given a £2 refund for the lack of gift box, as this was supposed to be a gift, the £2 did not help me at all, will never use again or recommend
