Recently bought Kite paper sticking tape from Earth it's. I try hard to avoid plastic everything, and looked for non plastic replacements. Some was hopeless and didn't work. Good old Pritt sticks light envelopes easily, but still comes in a plastic tube. This Kite tape is strong, plastic free and very sticky. Just the job. Thanks EarthBits.
