With their closing down sale in full swing, I managed to get a number of items I had been eyeing up for a while, and a few of them were discounted, furthering my personal vistory. Of the 12 items I ordered, 11 of them arrived in immaculate condition, however, 1 item was missing. I reported this to EarthBits but I never got a response from them. While I do understand what they are currently going through right now, it is still a little disapointing. Otherwise, that is the only down side I've had from them in my 5-year long history of shopping with them, which is far better than other online stores.
