Fantastic products - I bought the large bread bag which was big nought for my husband's sourdough; I've only found one other large enough and that fell apart in the wash; this one is excellent quality. I also bought the handmade Japanese wooden teacup - beautiful and a pleasure to drink from. I had to send back the original bread bag as I hadn't looked at the size properly and the customer service is superb and very friendly; all was dealt with super quickly and in time for Xmas. Highly recommended, thanks!
