Pros are the shampoo works well, lathers up and cleans well. And of course it's eco friendly ingredients and packaging!! Top marks there! Also good communication with the company.
Cons are that the 2 in 1 bar doesn't work like a normal conditioner for me, smoothing out my hair and leaving it tangle free, so I am still using a normal conditioner as well.
