Ordered for the first time a couple of weeks ago. My order arrived within a week. Just started using the soap nuts for my laundry and the first wash was fine. It was nice to get an email with instructions for using them. I'm using the makeup too, which is nice but I need to get a darker shade next time. I've used the shampoo/conditioner once and it seems ok, but I want to see what it's like over time. All in all a good experience and I will be ordering again. Give them a try! ☺️
