I am pleased with every aspect of my "itchy scalp" shampoo and conditioner bar from ordering to first use. As promised, there's no transition period as with other bars and my hair felt soft after washing. I'm still a bit itchy but I have only used the bar once so far. Hoping things improve with more use.
