So far I have switched from liquid soap to bar in the kitchen and bathroom, got rid of the washing up liquid for a soap bar, binned the sponge and bought a bamboo pot scrubber. Swooped shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for soap bars and cut down on the toothpaste tube by using natural toothpaste on a jar. Oh and I've swooped the man made chemical moisturiser for a Zwp moisturisring bar. There's loads more I want to ditch and switch and hope to do so by the end of the year. My skin, hair hands and teeth have never looked better!
