The products I ordered are great, the brushes being strong and substantial. Customer service was very good - I sent an email requesting some information on a Sunday and got a reply within a couple of hours, which I certainly would not have expected. The packaging was reassuringly minimalist and eco friendly. I will certainly order again. Thank you
