I ordered some sprinkler nozzles, They sent me the wrong ones. I sent an email detailing my order compared to what I was sent. The next day, I received an email to return the order along with a notice I will be charged a restocking fee. They did not address the order I placed.
Why should I pay a restocking fee when they sent me the wrong order? I will never work with them again. I can't even get a phone number to speak with someone.
