The valve i ordered arrived as scheduled and met all the requirements. Service was excellent and professional. Prior to it arriving I was able to repair the old valve (the sprinkled company couldnt do it). Once repaired, I no longer needed the valve I ordered. They were very quick to respond to my return request and sent a return label within hours. My only disappiontment was the amount the deducted for the return. However, they issued the credit within a few days. how I do business with them again? Yes, I would, I would just be more careful when orering to avaiod any return charges.
