Items missing from car on my return. I have phoned to complain, but not had any response, apology or offer to replace or return missing item. Would never use them again. I thought the drivers would be trustworthy and my car and contents would be safe. Obviously not.
Be very wary if using them, if you have to leave your car empty. Possibly do a video of contents & petrol/diesel and check before you sign to accept car.
