I dealt with a pleasant chap Dan who took me through the whole concrete delivery process being it was my first time laying concrete. After Dan calculated my measurement and took all my details I awaited the day of the delivery. On the day the driver arrived 20 mins after the beginning of the time slot I was given. I was on my own and Manuel was more than happy to help me wheel barrow the concrete and lay it. A really pleasant experience from start to finish.
