The website was good and the support from Sarah was excellent. However, it would be much improved if I was only contacted by the Easy Office representative. I tried to make appointments and ended up with lots of emails from different people AND from easy offices and I have no idea who I should be in touch with. Trying to keep lots of people informed has really taken away from the experience.
