It's a good system on paper, and Tierney was very helpful, so positive in the main. However, it was really confusing as it's not quite the centralised system/portal that I expected, and I was suddenly getting phone calls and emails from all over, rather than just being able to access the portfolio and make choices. What was supposed to be a simplified process actually became a bit of a headache, as I just don't have time to be constantly interrupted. So, good in theory but some fine-tuning required.
