They closed / paused my account without telling me.
Then changed address while making the app and website show I had an account so when I went to receive funds into KY easy crypto nz. The original address for my account had been changed even though it showed the one I had used multiple times - long story short all my money lost, wiped out.
Literally shocking.
They also have no interest in helping unless the transaction is over $500 to recover.
They can recover They just don't want to.
