Agree 100% with the previous reviews, taking advantage of people and trying to charge them for things they won't use/don't know they have signed up for.
Product itself arrived late, was notified it was dispatched, then it went missed, then it was dispatched again and eventually it arrived but I could have got it more quickly from a much more ethical retailer. AVOID.
