This company are fraudsters who prey on the elderly by bombarding them with emails and phone calls.
My 85 year old father had money taken from his bank account on 3 occasions that he had not authorised., sending him some of membership and it was up to him to return and claim back money.
Fortunately i took him to his bank Barclays who were brilliant and cancelled the payments and refunded and open a Freud case against Easylife, he also had to have his bank card replaced.
