Wanted to return a item so called easylife and paid £5 for return delivery and collection.
Was promised prepaid return label would be posted which never turned up.
Called again and asked them to send email with label so I could print it myself and arranged a 2nd collection date but the label they emailed me had collection date that had expired 2 months previously !!!
Arranged ANOTHER COLLECTION DATE WAITED IN ALL DAY AND NO ONE CAME TO COLLECT MY PARCEL
