Was signed up to their Rewards without my knowledge and was debited (up to now) 3 monthly charges of £18.50.
After many emails I got them to cancel the Rewards Scheme but so far no sign of a requested refund. Contemplating taking legal action possibly via small claims court. Anyone done this?
