I’ve just been reading about this company , my parents are in there 80s & have been very ill they are very vulnerable , it’s just come to light this Disgusting company are nothing but day light robbers , they have been taking £18.50 since March 2021 without their permission , when contacting the company they refunded 3 months , I rang and told them not acceptable so they offered 6 months again not acceptable , how can they possibly get away with robbing old vulnerable people makes my blood boil , I’m going to fight this until they get there money back PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY it’s caused so much stress for my parents , if we have no cooperation then the bank will set up a fraudulent claim.
