Absolutely disgusting company stealing off the elderly. Since my dad's passing I have found out that this shameless company had taken £192 without my dads knowledge from his credit card. Fortunately m&s has now managed to recoup the money. PLEASE CAN
SOMEBODY TELL ME WHY THE GOVERNMENT ARE ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN? I SHALL BE WRITING TO THEM TO TRY AND PUT A STOP TO THIS TO HELP ANY MORE VULNERABLE PEOPLE SUFFER ANY STRESS AND HARDSHIP.
