My elderly mum ordered 2 items from easylife and they have now shared her bank details without her consent to a rogue sister company of theirs called the Rewards club - they have just taken a payment of £49 out of her bank account!! I have just reported it as fraud!!
Why are these companies being allowed to get away with this … it is fraud and duping money out of the elderly… this needs to go to watchdog.
