Easylife kent,have been taking £18.50 a month out of my fathers account for a catalogue! I phoned them up in March 2024 to enquire about this and asked for it to be cancelled and wanted confrimation, sorry we dont send out letters but was assured it was cancelled .
Only to get a bank statement july2024 to find easylife kent had taken again £18.50 ,so I phoned them again told they couldnt send confirmation of cancellation so was given an email address ,so wait and see if I get a reply back .
