As with other reviewers, my elderly parents were signed up to their 'loyalty subscription' despite saying they didn't want to. Easylife took over £150 in instalments.
If you find yourself in the same position, get a list of all the payments they have taken from you, as you will be asked to go through them one by one.
Money was refunded eventually.
