Ordered items essential for the currenst situation on 24/4. As one item was not in stock advised it would be delayed a week. Then another week, and another week and so on. Eventually missing item was in stock on 5/6 but a week later, the complete order has still ot been despatched. Most reputable online firms send out part orders if there is going to be a delay. Two e-mails complaints to Customer Service on 18/5 and 29/5 finally produced a robotic response on 8/6. Their website states that "We are delivering as usual". I don't think so. Order now for Christmas - your goods might arrive in time if you are lucky.
