I am giving them 2 star reason being I've been ordering from this company for a couple of years & never experience any problems before until recently.
I order a ladder for my father, unfortunately it was too heavy & items missing.
Tried calling them on several occasion and was waiting up to 20mins before getting disconnected. Emailed them still no response.
I have now return the goods by Hermes . Still no sign of a return very disappointed.
Spoke to my credit card company and they advise I will have to wait 30days before they can look into this.
