I order face masks and despite e mails was unable to contact this company regarding delivery. Phone calls were impossible with always a waiting time of 8 or 9 people in front of me. Eventually after one month from 25th of a May when I ordered the items they turned up. One was faulty but I was reluctant to return it as it would have taken forever to receive a replacement. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
