All I did was go onto their website to get a phone no, so that I could chase a long-overdue delivery for a 95-yr old friend. That triggered a pushy email from them wanting me to make an order. My email chasing the order was met with a nonsensical reply from Sinead in the Customer Experience Team (note they don't go under the usual name Customer SERVICE, which would clearly be a misnomer). If this is a bona fide company, then it's a shambles and there's no way on this earth that I'd place an order with them.
