Ordered and paid for 8 Fuchsia plants in mid May; told they would arrive early June because of Covid delay; chased in mid June to be told they had been dispatched by Hermes in early June. The tracking number given did not exist. Money taken in May. Chased again mid June with no success. Today I received the first of my dispatches - with an apology that 2 of my Fuchsia plants of £4.99 had been replaced with 2 dwarf marigolds!!!! - hardly like for like!! A derisory insult. There is no way to make a complaint or to get a decent response - or to speak to anyone who is willing to listen and rectify a problem - never again
