My experience is similar to other 1 star reviewers below. Placed order 3/7, email to say it had been dispatched on 7/7, credit card charged the same day. Still not arrived.
Sent email 23/7 received auto reply blaming everything on Covid 19 but assured me that my credit card would not be charged until the order had been dispatched!!!!!!
However, the worst thing is that I received an email from Easylife on 22/7 saying that they have face masks available and I can order them with 15% off. I do no understand how Easylife can be canvassing for other orders when they are not fulfilling the orders they already have.
