Too many delays. All blamed on Covid 19. One item faulty. Despite a number of emails and failed calls to the helpline (timed out), no customer service contact. How can they pride themselves on supplying a great service. Rubbish springs all to readily to mind and mouth. Are you listening though? I guess not, looking at the other disgusting reviews.
Returning to Covid 19. too many good companies have fallen because of the situation. They probably did not deserve to, but you have escaped to continue to blight people.
