I placed an order with Easylife on 11/7/20. I STILL haven’t received it. I get a generic response email stating due to the current situation (COVID doesn’t seem to be having much of an impact on other companies now) there are delays to getting stock and deliveries. What a crock of S**t. You can’t get through to anyone by phone. This company aim a lot of their products to the elderly, this worries me greatly. I don’t know if I’ll get my order but I will not be rolling over when it comes to having my money returned. I will take legal action.
