Please read and consider these facts:
Fact - pensioner orders product
Fact - the company takes payment
Fact - pensioner never receives product
Fact - unable to contact company by telephone
Fact - the company ignore several emails of complaint
Fact - the company still send out emails trying to secure further ‘sales’
Finally, any company worth it’s salt would look at their customer reviews and act on any problems. This company has never attempted to do so.
So just to reiterate, company took payment for goods which it never provided, It is uncontactable by telephone and it also ignores all written correspondence.
Ps I have to give it at least one star before I am allowed to write a review
And I have to advise of a timeline of which the company contacted me. Even though it did not !!
