Sent emails and made phone calls to easylife to cancel order as it was going to arrive too late. Ignored requests and they still sent order which was returned immediately to Hermes driver. Still waiting for refund since July 18th. A final email sent today warning them if they don't refund within 3 working days action will be taken against them.
