Dreadful experience. Waited almost 2 months for my order to be despatched, got fed up waiting and tried to cancel via their website. They ignored this request and sent out the order anyway 2 weeks later. I rejected the item when the courier came but I am still waiting for a refund. Their Customer Services are truely appalling. It is difficult to speak to anyone at the company by phone unless you ring their orders hotline (as they are always happy to take your money despite the poor service) and they never reply to emails other than sending an automated response.
