Received first order ok. Then for some reason they repeated the order. Impossible to get in touch to prevent this. They took my money again before I could contact my credit card company. Now have them barred.
Second repeat order delivered to wrong address by Hermes. A Company I am not impressed with. Finally received the unwanted second order courtesy of a neighbour. Finally and purely by accident contacted Hermes driver who took unwanted parcel away. Maybe I will get my money back. Informed Trading Standards. Do not use either Easylife or Hermes.
