My dad who is 90 ordered a few products over the phone in April wasn’t told on phone that goods were not in stock or would be while arriving..a month later after promising deliver I emailed and had a automated email saying due to covid etc, which is fair enough,,when 3 weeks later and several sent emails with no joy I ordered stuff for dad on amazon which I received all goods with in a week,, Awful customer service and have told dad to check his bank account. please don’t use this company ☹️
