Shocking customer service from Easylife. I rang the day after my order arrived to try and initiate a return. They took £5 off me over the phone and said they would mail me a returns slip/label (I don't have a printer). Nearly 3 weeks later and it has not arrived. Every time I try to ring customer services I get put on hold, then after 30mins+ the line goes dead. No such issue if you try to ring their ordering dept though! Can get through to them straight away... I just want my money back. I am elderly and feel like this company is taking advantage of my age group with the promise of an easy phone service compared to online shopping. I don't have unlimited phone credit so trying to get in touch with them is becoming very expensive.
