Unhappy gardener
I reported a faulty hose. Twice by email, then queued 30 minutes on phone and spoke to Stephen who said I had to send a letter from a garden shop to say the item was faulty. I sent this with photos, bu am still waiting for a reply. Very disappointed at awful service
