As other people suggest you should never use this company. I'm not certain if they are scammers or just completely incompetent yet.
They bombarded my father (93 years old) with brochures and haven't delivered anything. Incredibly difficult to get through to when chasing delivery. We will probably have to go back to credit card company and get refund through them.
