Like everyone else wish I had read the reviews, can't believe they are consistently so awful, trouble ordering ,impossible to get hold off and now trouble getting a refund .
Blaming Covid for delays is not on , if the NHS performed like ' easy life ' what a disaster it would be .
I strongly advise people not to order from them .
