Great customer service. The online chat function helped me get my quesitons answered quickly. When I sent in my art work, they caught a bit of pixilation with my logo. I definitely wouldn't have noticed it with the proof size, so I was able to send them a high quality image to replace it. The turn around time is fantastic. Their shipping rate was more than reasonable, but I needed it sooner so they let me send them a label from FedEx to get it here when I needed it, while controlling the cost. I was so pleased when I got them. Highly recommend.
